Caribbean Development is a real estate agent and inmobiliary developer enterprise strategically located in the Dominican Republic, center of the Caribbean.District & Co. definitely foresee and trust all the advantages and unique opportunities this paradise island offers; dream beaches, ambitious urban projects, a prominent, steady economical ambiance, and most of all, the imminent and attractive short term return on capital employed in beach and beach front properties regarding and facing the firm and successful journey that Dominican tourism has been offering since 1980 and all new investments in airports, roads and hotels all around the country.

CD was born after 5 years of successful private RE investments around the country and the imminent need to present a clear and honest inmobiliary offer, guaranteeing no loss of time, flawless low risk operations, premium properties and creating a long term bond with all clients, investors, developers and land owners.
Companies like Stewart Title work hand by hand with us guaranteeing us and our clients clean and low risk operations involving tools as title insurance, escrow accounts, title and paper custody and all closing services.
All of these reasons, opportunities, constant interaction with RE business and identified gaps area around the world, forced us to develop a project known today as District & Co. Caribbean Development.

District & Co. works under a simple but effective structure; Two partners, Manuel A. García Troncoso y Eduardo Asmar Velazco, work constantly searching for new prime title clean properties, opportunities, investors and prices, while a network of partners located in main tourist poles such as Bávaro, Punta Cana, Casa De Campo, La Romana and Samaná continuously receive our visitors and clients giving them tours, recommending and detailing all available opportunities.
A secretary, an administrative assistant, an external lawyer advisor and a small team of financial and accounting clerks keep the business running promptly.
The entire team is fully compromised with the service, flawless and risk free operation.
